My wife and I live in Boulder, but have always spent a lot of time in Winter Park. As our son approached age 4, we wanted to purchase a condo in Winter Park so we could spend more time teaching our children to ski. We began our search for real estate at the Winter Park base in December of 2008. That was right during the height of the financial meltdown. So, needless to say, doing a real estate transaction at that time was difficult, time consuming, and worrisome. Tony was an excellent ally throughout the process. Our purchase closed in June of 2009, and we’ve been enjoying our condo ever since. Our children are growing up spending lots of time in Winter Park.
